Zuka (zukaongo.com) is a marketplace operated by ONECHANNELADMIN, LLC, serving Round Rock, Texas and nearby areas in the United States. We connect you with independent restaurants and grocery stores (“vendors”) and, where you choose delivery, with independent drivers. Zuka is not the seller of food or grocery items unless we say so at checkout.
You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. You are responsible for activity on your account. Guest browsing is allowed where enabled; placing an order requires an account so we can confirm payment, send receipts, and handle delivery or pickup.
Prices, fees, and estimated times shown in the app are provided by vendors or calculated from marketplace settings (delivery, small-order, service fee, tax, and optional tip). Promotions, including automatic and stackable coupons, apply only when their conditions are met. An order is an offer to buy. After payment succeeds, you generally cannot cancel in the app; you may request a refund for Zuka platform support to review. Vendors prepare and fulfill orders but do not cancel paid orders or issue refunds. Unpaid checkouts may be abandoned before payment completes.
You authorize Zuka to charge your chosen method (card via Stripe or PayPal, or Zuka Credit) for the order total, including fees and tip. Payment may require extra authentication. Unpaid checkouts expire. Wallet top-up, where enabled, credits Zuka Credit after the processor confirms payment. Refunds (full or partial) are processed by Zuka platform support, not by restaurant sellers. Where you paid partly with Zuka Credit and partly by card, refunds restore wallet credit first, then the card. Nothing in this section limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
Delivery times are estimates. You must be available at the address you provide, or collect pickup orders from the restaurant. Meal Pass prepaid plans create scheduled daily orders subject to change and cancel cutoffs. Skipped days may return credit to Zuka Credit as described in the app.
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend accounts that harm vendors, drivers, or other customers.
Vendors are responsible for food quality, allergens, and preparation. Drivers are responsible for handling and delivery of accepted jobs. To the extent permitted by law, Zuka is not liable for vendor or driver acts. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
