This addendum applies where the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act governs how Zukaongo processes your personal information. It adds to the Privacy Policy.

2Our commitments#
We process personal information fairly and lawfully for specified purposes, collect only what we need for those purposes, keep it accurate, do not keep it longer than necessary, and protect it against unauthorised access, loss or damage.
3Your rights#
Under Cayman Islands law you may have the right to be informed, to access your personal data, to have it corrected, to stop or restrict processing, to stop direct marketing, and not to be subject to certain decisions taken solely by automated means.
Send requests to privacy@zukaongo.com. We respond within the time limits the Act sets and tell you if an exemption applies.
4Transfers outside the Cayman Islands#
Before we transfer your personal data outside the Cayman Islands, we check that a lawful transfer condition or appropriate safeguard applies. See the International Data Transfers Notice.
