We acknowledge every complaint, route it to the right team, investigate it fairly, and reply as required by law and our service standards. Food-safety complaints are handled separately from ordinary refund requests and take priority.
If you are not satisfied with our answer you can contact the relevant regulator or consumer authority. For privacy complaints in the Cayman Islands, that is the Office of the Ombudsman (ombudsman.ky).
