1Who this applies to#
This addendum applies where U.S. federal or state privacy law governs Zukaongo’s processing of your personal information. Which state laws apply depends on factors such as where we operate, the volume of data we process and statutory thresholds.
2Your rights#
Where state law gives you these rights (for example, in California), you may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, opt out of any sale or sharing, and exercise other state-specific rights. Email privacy@zukaongo.com or use Contact us in the app. We verify requests before acting on them.
If we deny a request, we explain why and, where the law requires, tell you how to appeal.
3Sale and sharing#
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If that changes, we will provide the opt-out links and honour browser opt-out preference signals as the law requires.
4No discrimination#
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
