1Kinds of balance#
- Top-up credit: money you add to Zuka Credit, credited after the payment processor confirms the payment.
- Refund credit: amounts returned to Zuka Credit as part of a refund or a skipped Meal Pass day.
- Promotional credit and rewards points: benefits we give you through promotions or goodwill. These have no cash value.
2Using your balance#
Zuka Credit can be used at checkout on ZUKA, on its own or together with a card. It cannot be transferred to another account.
Any conditions that apply to a particular credit, such as an expiry date on a promotion, are shown before you receive or buy it. Money you paid for is not treated as forfeitable promotional credit where the law does not allow that.
3Closing your account#
Balances end when your account is deleted. Before requesting deletion, use your balance or contact info@zukaongo.com about any credit you paid for.
