- A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of your information or your account.
- Stopping direct marketing.
- Restricting how we process your information, where the law allows.
- A human review of certain automated decisions.
- An appeal of a privacy decision, where the law requires one.
2How to make a request#
Email privacy@zukaongo.com or use Contact us in the app (Profile → Help & support). You can update most of your details yourself in Profile, and turn off offers, email and SMS in Profile → Notifications. To delete your account, follow the steps in Account & Data Deletion.
3What happens next#
We may ask for information to confirm it is really you, so nobody else can see or delete your data. We reply within the deadlines set by applicable law. If we cannot do what you ask, we explain why and tell you about any complaint or appeal route, including the Cayman Islands Office of the Ombudsman.
