1Why we process driver information#
We process driver information to onboard drivers, verify identity and eligibility, offer and dispatch delivery jobs, coordinate deliveries with customers and vendors, pay drivers, handle incidents and safety issues, and meet legal requirements.
2What we collect#
Contact details, identity and eligibility documents, vehicle details, payout details, delivery activity and earnings, device identifiers, location during deliveries, proof-of-delivery and issue photos, customer feedback and incident records.
3Location tracking#
The driver app shares your location while you are working a delivery, so customers can track their order and we can dispatch jobs. It starts from the app, keeps running while you use other apps or lock your phone (shown by the location indicator or a notification), and stops when you go off duty or close the app. It does not track you outside the driver app.
We do not use your location for purposes unrelated to deliveries, safety and support without a lawful basis.
4Who sees it#
Customers see your live location and the details needed to complete their delivery. Vendors see that a driver is assigned. Detailed driver records are limited to authorised ZUKA staff and service providers.
