1What Meal Pass is#
Meal Pass is a prepaid plan that creates scheduled orders on the days you choose. Before you buy, the app shows the price and currency, the days and meals included, and the change and cancel cutoffs.
2Changes and skips#
You can change or skip a scheduled day before its cutoff. A skipped day returns its value to your Zuka Credit, as shown in the app. After the cutoff, the day’s order is prepared and cannot be skipped.
3No automatic renewal#
A Meal Pass plan is paid once, in advance. It does not renew or charge you again unless you buy a new plan. If we ever introduce a recurring subscription, we will publish its renewal and cancellation terms before you can sign up.
4Your rights#
Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under applicable law.
