1Why transfers happen#
ZUKA is run by separate Zukaongo companies in the Cayman Islands and the United States, and uses technology providers based in other countries. Personal information may be transferred between them where needed for hosting, technical support, payments, fraud prevention, customer service, accounting and administration.
2How we protect it#
Before transferring Cayman personal data abroad, the responsible Zukaongo company checks that a lawful transfer condition and appropriate safeguards apply. Transfers are limited to legitimate purposes and protected by contracts, access controls and technical measures such as encryption in transit.
