1Who prepares your food#
Food and groceries on ZUKA are prepared, stored and packed by independent vendors, who are responsible for food hygiene, temperature control, accurate menus and allergen information. We expect vendors to meet the food-safety rules that apply to them.
2Allergies and dietary needs#
Food may contain or come into contact with ingredients that cause allergic reactions. Check the menu information, add your allergy to the order notes, and contact the vendor or ZUKA support before ordering if you need clarification.
Order notes and special instructions are requests to the vendor. They do not guarantee an allergen-free kitchen, and items are not allergen-free unless that has been specifically confirmed to you.
3Reporting a concern#
If you suspect contamination, food poisoning or a serious allergen problem, seek medical help if you need it and email foodsafety@zukaongo.com as soon as possible with your order details.
We investigate every report, work with the vendor, keep the relevant records, may pause affected items or vendors, and notify the authorities when required.
