Payment & Billing Terms

Payment methods, currency, saved cards and how charges and disputes work.

Effective October 21, 2026Updated October 21, 2026Version 1.0

1Payment methods#

ZUKA accepts only the payment methods shown at checkout: cards processed by Stripe, PayPal, and Zuka Credit. Payment processors handle your card details; ZUKA never stores full card numbers. Some payments need extra authentication from your bank.

2What you pay#

Before you confirm, checkout shows item prices, delivery fee, any small-order and service fees, tax, any tip you choose, any discount, and the total you will pay.

3Currency#

In the Cayman Islands, prices are shown and charged in Cayman Islands dollars (CI$, KYD). PayPal cannot charge KYD, so when you pay with PayPal we charge the US-dollar equivalent at the fixed rate CI$1 = US$1.20, and checkout shows the US$ amount before you pay. Your bank or card issuer may add its own foreign-transaction fees.

4Saved cards#

If you save a card, it is stored by Stripe and used only for purchases you confirm. ZUKA does not make recurring charges without your authorisation. You can remove saved cards in the app.

5Problems with a charge#

Unpaid checkouts expire and are not charged. For a duplicate charge, failed payment or a charge you don’t recognise, contact info@zukaongo.com before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can fix it quickly.
