- Fraudulent payments, orders or refund claims.
- Impersonating someone or using another person’s account or identity.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing customers, vendors, drivers or staff.
- Accessing ZUKA systems without permission, or probing them for weaknesses.
- Scraping, automated ordering or excessive requests without our permission.
- Uploading malicious software or content that infringes others’ rights.
- Misusing coupons, promotions, credit or rewards.
- Misusing personal information you get through ZUKA.
- Ordering or arranging anything unlawful.
2What we may do#
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, such as warning you, cancelling fraudulent orders, restricting or suspending your account, or reporting to the authorities, always in line with applicable law and your consumer rights.
